Ken Griffin sells condo in Four Seasons building for $1.3 million

Citadel founder and billionaire Ken Griffin, Illinois' richest man, has slimmed his residential property portfolio by one, fetching $1.3 million Feb. 13 for a three-bedroom, 2,494-square-foot condo that he long had owned in the Four Seasons hotel building on North Michigan Avenue.
